Ed McKeithen is a man of many talents: producer, DJ, label manager, radio host and occasional MC, not to mention father, husband and part-time landscaper. While maintaining a presence in his local music scene, he's also become a globetrotting DJ, with dozens of international gigs each year and a series at Berlin's Tape Club (The Jam Session). Some of the tracks on Vision Dance were inspired by his recent travels, while others have been kicking around since as early as 2006 ("This Shit is Hot Re-Scrub"). All are previously unreleased.

Vision Dance will be Ed's first album to come out on a label other than his own Underground Quality. Stylistically, it's all about stripped down deep house for the dance floor. Fans of Ed's trademark croon might be a bit disappointed: all of the tracks are instrumental.
