Impressive new release from Levon Vincent on his own Novel Sounds imprint... "Impression Of A Rainstorm" is a peak time number that combine raw, underground grit with string melodies making for a heady combination. On the flip, "Revs/Cost" is another reverb drenched monster that takes a while to kick in, while finally "Pivotal Moments In Life" is the least obvious of the bunch, albeit with a very simple melody in its core that gets stuck in your head; permanently... Yet another winner from Levon? You bet! Hand stamped pressing, probably never to be seen again.
