Run by three enterprising Italian chaps via Rome, Stuttgart, and Liverpool, Upitup has been releasing free music as a netlabel since 2003. For 2012 they've taken the plunge into the realm of 12" vinyl singles with a damn hot offering from one of their main proponents - Union Jacques. The talented Italian / Liverpudlian delivers a strong three-tracker of dub-infused electronic vibes that sound like the bastard child of Lee Perry, Venetian Snares and Scotch Bonnet.
