The hype surrounding Glasvegas is some of the biggest that's engulfed music for a fair amount time - and with reviews from esteemed journos hailing their eponymous LP as their own 'Definitely Maybe' the stakes are certainly high. But it's pretty fair to say that the Glaswegians deliver for the most part of on the album - when it's good, it's mind-blowing and when it's not it's still pretty strong. An auspicious debut set and well worth your time and cash.
