Weatheralls back on everyone's lips, putting some great production out there. The a side of this Detachments remix 12" is a case in point - stripping it down to a fast paced post-punk-funk stomp, revealing a fantastic bass(guitar)line that PIL or The Cure would be proud of... Great for those cool ecletic floors. Beg To Differ turn out a useful dub, full of melodic anologue bleeps and bloops and a building bassline aimed squarely at the (nu)discoteque's feet. Finally Night Plane finish by leaving most parts in, including the delightful jangly guitars and moogy keys and some vocals - more like an edit... Very nice too!
