There’s never a dull day at Phonica Records and this week was no exception! Saturday night saw Nina Kraviz’s TRIP label take over room one at fabric with her label mates Bjarki and Exos. Word on the street was they played well into Sunday morning and a solid 10+ hours behind the decks can take it’s toll. To cure their post-party blues they decided to stop in for a fresh fix of wax! It was also Nina’s Birthday so she decided to treat herself to J Dilla’s ‘Fuck The Police (Badge Picture Disc). Happy Birthday Nina and thanks for stopping by!

In other news we've been eagerly anticipating the release of Rival Consoles new album ‘Howl’ on erased tapes. The official release is on Friday but the good guys over at erased tapes sent us our copies early so all you loyal customers could have it before anyone else! If that wasn’t good enough, they also gave us an extremely limited run (only 20 in existence and we got them all) of the hand painted and hand numbered white label versions. Unfortunately those sold out as soon as they came in but we still have a few copies of the limited transparent-red wax version, standard version and the cd too!
