The Tribute series is all about releasing battle weapons for DJs, especially during the festival season. Top secret contributors lovingly prepare new versions of classic tracks, these new versions are tributes to some of the editors’ all time favourite tracks and are aimed at increasing their DJ play and spreading the love. The series kicks off with one of the biggest cuts of the Madchester and Acid House generation ‘Wrote For Luck’ by the Happy Mondays which is respectfully edited, extended and dubbed out on ‘We Love Mondays’ for maximum DJ pleasure. Cut loud on single-sided 180g vinyl the Tribute series is set to inflict some serious dancefloor damage.
