PART B – Orders, Payments & Refunds

• Confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not confirm acceptance.

• We confirm acceptance via separate email.

• Orders deemed unfair for resale purposes may be limited to 1 unit per record.

11. Pricing & Delivery Charges

• Prices are as quoted at order time.

• Prices may change for future orders but not confirmed orders.

• EU deliveries include VAT; Non-EU deliveries normally zero-rated.

• Delivery charges displayed during checkout.

• Pricing errors may allow us to contact you to confirm or cancel.

• Orders may be cancelled if customs restrictions prevent delivery; payments will be refunded.

• Refunds issued within 30 days of receiving returned Products.

14. Split Deliveries & Refund Limits

• Refunds are limited to the value of the Product(s) concerned.

• Total refunds for a single order cannot exceed the total amount paid.

• Number of refunds per order cannot exceed the number of Products purchased (one refund per Product).

• Delivery charges refunded only if required by law.

• Statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected.

15. Delivery & Risk

• Products are delivered to the address provided.

• Ownership passes upon despatch.

• You bear the risk of loss or damage after delivery.

• Notify us within 10 working days for damaged, defective, or incorrect Products.

• Remedies: replacement, repair, or refund of the product price only.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

17. Credit Card & PayPal Security

• Card payments processed by Global Payments Ltd are PCI DSS compliant.

• PayPal payments are processed according to PayPal’s security standards.

• We do not store or process full payment details ourselves.

18. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, system failures, flood, fire, accidents).
