Drawing on over thirty years of British bass music, ‘Jungle Revolution In Dub’ is a unique take on the dub album, somewhere between traditional dub, versioning and remixing, a kind of echo chamber of styles and sounds. They all share one thing in common, though - bottom end.
Congo Natty’s ‘Jungle Revolution’ album was met with widespread critical acclaim. The album received reviews in broadsheets The Guardian, The Times, The Observer and The Evening Standard, DJ Mag, Clash and Noisey, as well as interviews in Q and Mojo, among others.
Congo Natty has been touring extensively all over the UK and Europe to sold out crowds. This includes performances at some of the biggest festivals on the circuit including Glastonbury, Bestival and Outlook Festival in Croatia.
In April Congo Natty played alongside fellow Dub and Jungle heavy hitters Shy FX, David Rodigan and Trojan Soundsystem’s Earl Gateshead, as well as Chase and Status and Jus Now as part of Red Bull’s mammoth ‘Rebel Sound’ show.
